About Alexandria

Alexandria has spent her career at the intersection of the things most organizations treat separately: how work is structured, how people learn, how change actually takes hold, and how knowledge survives turnover. She is currently a senior consulting leader at a national education nonprofit, where she advises state agencies, districts, and Indigenous-serving schools across Texas, New Mexico, and Arizona, and builds the learning and knowledge infrastructure behind multi-year initiatives.

Her practice is grounded in a simple conviction: well-built systems are an act of care. Structure can affirm culture instead of flattening it. The people closest to the work, and the communities most affected by it, should help design the solution. And trust moves at its own pace, so the work should be built to honor that.

She works in English and Spanish, brings a community-rooted, global perspective to design, and pairs rigorous, evidence-based thinking with the warmth that makes hard change humane. Her toolkit spans organizational effectiveness and design, enterprise learning operations, change management practice across ADKAR, Kotter, and Bridges, knowledge architecture, facilitation, and practical AI strategy: custom AI agents, prompt systems, and automated workflows that turn institutional knowledge into reusable assets.
