Privacy policy

Last updated: July 2026

The Alexandria Method("the practice") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information the site collects, why, and the choices you have. The short version: the site collects only what you choose to share, uses it only to respond to you and run the practice, and never sells it.

What is collected

When you submit a form (an inquiry, a service signup, a proposal request, the diagnostic, a newsletter signup, or a resource download), the site stores the information you enter: typically your name, email, organization, and message. If you book a call through the embedded scheduler, that scheduling provider also processes the details you give it under its own privacy policy.

How it is used

To respond to your inquiry, deliver what you asked for, and manage the client relationship if we work together. If you subscribe to the newsletter, your email is used to send it, and every issue includes a way to unsubscribe. Your information is never sold or rented, and it is shared only with the service providers that run this site (hosting, database, email delivery, and, if configured, SMS alerts), each bound to process it only on the practice's behalf.

Cookies and analytics

The public site does not use advertising cookies. Authentication cookies are used only in the private client portal and admin areas. If privacy-friendly analytics are enabled, they collect aggregate, non-identifying usage data without cross-site tracking.

Your choices

You may request a copy of the information held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted at any time. Email aramirez946@outlook.com and the practice will respond within 30 days. If you are in a jurisdiction with specific privacy rights (such as the GDPR or CCPA), those rights are honored.

Start with a discovery call. Thirty minutes, no pitch, an honest read on whether this practice fits your problem. Or begin smaller: the audit is two weeks, fixed fee, and you keep the plan either way.
